PLDT Global recently partnered with UniTeller Financial Services in developing an online portal and mobile application to enable US-based Filipinos to send money to their family and relatives in the Philippines easily and at affordable rates.

FilAms in the US can avail of the new money remittance service by registering to the online portal at www.uniteller.com/smart. They just need to key in the bank account, credit or debit card details, type in the Philippine beneficiary, and send the money instantly.

With this new mobile app, sending money would be as easy as texting or updating our Facebook status.
